Product Summary of Single Layer Handheld XRF

These standards consist of one layer of high purity film deposited by sputtering or electroplating methods onto a specific substrate. They may be used to calibrate portable, hand held XRF devices to measure samples with one layer coating films on substrates which are the same as the standard coating and substrate in terms of elemental composition. These standards are solid, inflexible materials which are mounted onto anodized aluminum plates with cross hairs to facilitate positioning and calibration of hand held XRF instruments.
