Product Summary of Bulk Alloys
These standards consists of materials prepared by alloying 2 or more elements together with a thickness that is “infinite” or too thick to measure by XRF. Therefore, these standards are tested and certified for elemental composition, typically in terms of weight percent and are used to calibrate XRF for measurement of like alloy composition. Thickness is not certified as x-ray intensities detected for each element in the alloy vary with composition only and do not vary with thickness.
