Ordering Info

• We thank you in advance of your order for your interest in Calmetrics products and services. We are always grateful to you, our customers for your continued business with us. There are two approaches that may be used to order our products and services:-
  
  1. You may search the “products” menu on this site to determine if any of the listed products meet your requirements. In addition, you may obtain general product information, by exploring the Info--->Product Info menu on this site. In this menu you can find some helpful information and suggestions about what products are best suited for your applications
  
  2. If you cannot find what you want on this site or have a unique requirement, you may contact us for product recommendations. If you contact us, please provide us with the following information so we can more quickly and effectively make recommendations for you:
                              ⇨ sample material composition information
                              ⇨ is it a coating or series of coatings?
                              ⇨ what is the base material under the coatings?
                              ⇨ what layers do you need to measure?
                              ⇨ do you have specific uncertainty or accuracy requirements? What layer or layers or material composition(s) need to be certified?
                              ⇨ what thicknesses or composition ranges do you need to measure?
                              ⇨ if you require specific thicknesses and/or composition standard values, how much deviation from those requested thicknesses can you accept?
                              ⇨ what beam size or surface area will you need to test?
                              ⇨ are you using a benchtop or portable XRF instrument? What make and model?
  
  In either case, please let us what you want and we will be glad to provide you with a quotation. Our quotations specify what we offer and will deliver to you. Based on the quotation, you may accept our offer or modify your request. In the event you modify your request, we will respond with a modified offer and continue this process until the items we offer meet your requirements. You may then refer to the acceptable quotation number to place a purchase order with us for the items listed in the quotation, exactly as they are described and specified. Once you place your order with us, we will send you back an acknowledgement of the order, as a copy for your records and as documentation that we agree to provide you with the items that appear in the order acknowledgement, for the price we offered.
